1. Introduction

By accessing this website or hiring Robert Calvin for SEO services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services & Deliverables

Scope of services, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon in writing via signed contract or invoice prior to work beginning.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due as specified per project agreement. Work does not begin until deposits are received. Refunds are only issued if no work has started.

4. Intellectual Property

Clients retain rights to final deliverables upon full payment. Source files remain the property of Robert Calvin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Liability

Robert Calvin is not liable for platform limitations, ranking fluctuations, third-party plugin conflicts, or damages resulting from client implementation.

6. Confidentiality

All shared business, login, or analytics information is protected under an NDA whether explicitly signed or implied by service agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service with written notice. Completed work up to date of termination will be invoiced at agreed rate.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada.
